Beskrivelse:

Fornem sølvbeslået halvskæftet jagtgevær ca. 1700 med lås af Ottavio Azzon og pibe af Vicenso Cominazzo. Kolbekappen dekoreret med hund og hjort, kolbe med kindpude, rundet lås mærket OTTAVIA AZZON jernskåret med grotesk maske i højt relief, hanen skåret med samme, sideblik i plade dekoreret med hus og bladværk, aftrækkerbøjlen med fingerstøtte graveret med hunde og hjort, ca. 86,2 cm. lang luksuspibe i kaliber ca. 16,5 mm. bagtil ottekantet fortil rund skåret med sildebensmønster på den funde del. Ved svansskruen og ved pibens overgang en grotesk maske i højt relief. På pibens ryg graveret VICENZO COMINAZZO. Den horndubbede ladestok i træ fastholdes af 3 rørkner - de to bagerste i sølv og den forreste i messing loddet til piben. Skæftet er netskåren omkring svansskruebladet. Azzoni Ottavio arbejde i Brecia ca. 1690–1710 og Vicenso Cominazzo døde 1696 i Gardone Val Trompia. (1)

The bookbinder Mogens Dichow Lund (b. 1947) is the third link in the chain of bookbinders after Anker Kyster (1864–1939). In 1975 Dichow started at Anker Kysters Eftf. He took over the workshop from his predecessor Bent Andrée in 1983, and continued the tradition of masterful danish bookbindings. Leif Hagel Olsen (1933–2004) master gilder. Continued the family's gilding business along with his brother Thorkil.
